We use a variety of different brands to find what best suits your needs. We go through a three-step process to ensure all units will stay air-tight and waterproof, giving you the best energy efficiency possible with which ever brand has been chosen. We use an aluminum pan custom made to fit the depth of each window or door installed and use insulation tucked along all units. This avoids any bows that may occur due to using spray foam. This is one of the many lengths we go through to ensure to best possible install!!Three Step Process.

              First, we install a waterproof barrier on the legs and sill of the framed opening to protect the framing itself.

              Second, we install a custom-made aluminum pan to act as a failsafe in case of any unforeseen water penetration through the window itself. This forces any water to make its way back to the exterior of the wall where it can drain.

              Third we use a sealant around the opening before installing the window and window tape for the final seal.
